Does this only apply to England or can I get Irish records here too as I am looking for my ggg grandfather who I believe was named James and married to a Mary Harford. If not where do I go to please. I am in Australia.

Yes this site does have items covering Ireland. Simply search for 'Ireland' from the homepage and you should see over 100 results.
